Advanced Public Relations Writing I, Summer 2017
During the summer of 2017, my Advanced Public Relations Writing I course required us to choose one organization to be the focal point of all our projects. We drafted two news release, a pitch letter, brochure, feature story and fact sheet. I have also include other Bruins related pieces from past courses such as Writing For Media and Media Relations & Publicity. I chose one of the National Hockey League's (NHL) Original Six, Boston Bruins. I have always been fascinated with the sport and the communities that support hockey. My family and friends grew up playing hockey and I surrounded myself with them and the sport.
The pieces are fictional, however, each are based off of real events, people, and organizations.
